Hubei Gucheng Xinhe Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), formerly Hongshan Chemical Factory established in 1956 which was the first branch of the Factory 295 under the former Ministry of Ordnance Industry, is one of the first national entities that specialize in producing barium sulfate and sodium sulfide in China. In 1999, Hubei Gucheng Xinhe Co., Ltd. was formed after reorganization of Dongfeng Chemical Factory under Qingdao Redstar Chemical Group and Zhenning Hongdie Industrial Co., Ltd. (in Guizhou) and was acquired by Xiangyang Longfu Group through bid invitation, auction and listing in 2016. Its registered capital is now 20 million Yuan.

With continuous years of R&D investment and equipment renovation, the Company has formed a production scale with an annual output of 20,000 tons of barium sulfate and 10,000 tons of sodium sulfide. As the product quality is greatly improved, the Company has been among the forefront of the industry. Its products are sold well in more than 20 provinces and cities in China and more than 10 countries in Europe, America, Japan and Southeast Asia, and have won universal praise.
